About Bali Apartments

August 28, 2010

We have created this site to inform visitors to Bali about Bali apartments as an alternative to renting hotels rooms or expensive villas or time shares. Apartment rentals in Bali are an under-appreciated way to have many of the comforts of home on your next holiday to the island, at prices that just might surprise you.

As Bali grows, apartments and condominiums are becoming more plentiful, and are especially attractive if you’ll be visiting Bali for more than a week or so. Recent changes to the 30-day visa on arrival policy mean that you can now extend your basic 30-day visa for another 30 days, so a two-month stay is realistic for people who are flexible and looking for a little more than a short holiday in Bali.

Take a look at Bali apartments before your next visit, and if you’d like to advertise your property, send an email to: think_tom (at) hotmail.com

Hi there,

I was wondering if you can help me with regards to some queries.

With regards to property laws/regulations, can an expat rent an apartment/house in bali? Does he/she needs to be working or own business there?

Exploring an option of renting an apartment as a weekend home.

Thanks for your help.
